General questions
Anything about a guide, a topic you think is missing, a source you think should be tracked, or how to use the site.
FunChinaGo is reachable by email. There is no phone line, no live chat, and no contact form — email is the only channel, and it is read as tickets rather than as correspondence.
Email [email protected] — the same address handles general questions and factual corrections, so put what you need in the subject line. Expect a reply within a few business days if the question is in scope. Visa and entry decisions are not answered here — those go to the official authority.
This site runs a single monitored mailbox. Use the subject line to route your message: anything else is read as a general question, and a correction sent without a clear subject may take longer to route. There is no automated ticketing system behind it.

A fact on a page that no longer matches the official source. See the corrections page for the fields to include.
There is no support desk on standby. These are the realistic windows.
| Message type | Expected response |
|---|---|
| Correction with a source | Fastest path. Checked against the source library, then the page is fixed or the uncertainty is stated on the page. |
| Question about a published guide | A few business days. If the answer requires re-checking an official source, it is handled in the next verification pass. |
| Broken page or accessibility problem | A few business days. |
| Advertising or guest post requests | No reply. |
A non-reply usually means the question is out of scope, not that it was missed. If your question is about your own visa or entry, that is always out of scope — see below for where it should go instead.
Some questions have one correct recipient, and it is not this site.
Most factual questions are already answered on the page that raised them, with the source and the last-verified date next to the claim. The verification process explains how those answers were produced.
